FAQ
What people ask before signing.
If your question is not here, write to us: the answer often ends up on this page.
What commission do you take on my sales?
Opustack takes no commission on your sales.
None. Your payments go through Mollie, on an account opened in your name, and you pay Mollie's public rate, the same as if you had opened the account yourself, with no markup. Mollie pays us a partner commission out of its own margin: it does not change what you pay. We never touch your money, which goes straight from your customer to your bank account.
Are my ads measured properly?
Your conversions are sent from the server.
Better than elsewhere. Every sale is reported to your ad platforms, Meta and Google, from our server, at the moment the order is confirmed, not from the buyer's browser. Client-side tracking loses a considerable share of purchases: ad blockers target exactly those scripts, and Safari wipes third-party cookies. Yet ad platforms optimise on the conversions they see. A sale they do not see is not just missing from a report: it degrades your campaigns' learning and costs you money. With us, they see all of them, included in every plan.
What do you do to make the shop sell?
Conversion tools are built into your shop.
Every shop is built to convert, configured for you and with no app to add: free delivery from a threshold, with the progress bar in the cart; quantity discounts; a gift from a given amount; verified-purchase reviews; back-in-stock alerts; wishlists; estimated delivery date; abandoned-cart recovery. These are the mechanics a template sells you as five paid apps. Here they are there from day one, and consistent with each other.
Who owns my data?
Your data remains yours.
You do, without reservation: your catalogue, your customers, your orders, your words and your photos. We host them for you in the European Union, as a processor, and we do nothing else with them: no resale, no model training, no cross-referencing with other shops. At any time, and without having to cancel, you can request a full export in open formats: we deliver it within 5 business days.
I am on Shopify, WooCommerce or Prestashop. Do you migrate everything?
Yes, we can migrate your existing shop.
Yes: products, variants, photos, customers and past orders. We also set up redirects from your old URLs, without which you would lose your search rankings overnight. Migration is an option quoted upfront, and we show you the result before switching your domain. Your old shop stays online until you approve the new one.
Can I sell in several languages?
Yes, according to your plan and chosen languages.
Yes. French, English and Dutch are ready from day one: the interface, the emails, the legal pages and the page addresses are all translated. A Dutch-speaking shop says /winkel, not /boutique. The Commerce plan includes one language, Robusto up to three. Your product copy stays your voice: we can have it translated, or you write it.
How do I cancel, and what happens then?
You leave with your data, under the terms of your commitment.
By email, with 1 month's notice, no reason required, outside any commitment period you may have chosen. We then deliver a full export of your data within 5 business days and help you transfer your domain name, which has been yours from day one. No penalty, no data held hostage: a shop you cannot leave is a shop you should not join.
What happens if the shop goes down?
We monitor your shop and respond to incidents.
We monitor every shop continuously and we know before you do. Hosting runs on redundant European infrastructure, with daily backups kept for thirty days. If there is an incident you get an email telling you what happened and what we did, without a status page for you to watch.
Can I edit my pages myself?
You manage your content from your admin.
Your products, prices, stock, categories and product copy, yes, whenever you like, from the admin. Page structure and visual identity stay on our side: that is what keeps a shop fast, accessible and well ranked three years after launch. You ask, we do it. It is part of the subscription.
